Lily Beacham is a former teacher and interior designer. Over the years, she has worked with many students and people with ADHD, including her own daughter. She has always strived to help neurodivergent people to succeed by putting systems in place to help them cope with the challenges they faced.
As a parent herself to a daughter with ADHD, Lily intimately understands the daily struggles that parents, children, and teenagers face. Witnessing her own child's ADHD challenges, Lily embarked on a journey to uncover the most effective strategies for neurodivergent individuals. These strategies transformed her daughter's life and have since aided countless others with ADHD.
She has used her skills to create systems that help with tasks such as cleaning, decluttering, organization and productivity. In her latest book, she guides parents through the various stages of their child's development, arming them with invaluable strategies to help their child manage ADHD symptoms and conquer the challenges they encounter.
Lily lives in a beautiful beachside community in New South Wales, Australia, with her husband and pets. She has two cats, Felix and Ruby and a cheeky dog named Lily. She and her dog share a name (long story), and a love of the beach and biscuits (cookies).
Coastal walks, national parks and pristine waterways surround her, and she enjoys the laid-back lifestyle and getting out in nature. Lily loves nothing better than being surrounded by her family and friends. She loves to cook, read and learn new things, but most of all, she loves to help people.
