My team is made up of my pets. They are cute and cheap. I just have to pay them in cuddles and treats. Let me introduce you to them.
Ruby
Personal Assistant Extraordinaire!
Ruby is my personal assistant, although if she could talk, she would tell you that she is the BOSS! She loves my computer chair, and it's a competition between us, to see who gets the chair first. She loves curling up next to me while I work, and by the look of this photo, she's learning how to operate the coffee machine!
Lily
In Charge of Computer Breaks
Lily and I share a name and a love of the outdoors. We rescued her as a puppy and she already had a name. We decided not to change it so as not to confuse her. Lily knows the importance of computer breaks. If she thinks I've been sitting at the computer too long, she will tell me in no uncertain terms, that I need to get up out of the chair and come and play with her. She loves any game that involves running, chasing and catching a ball or frisbee.
Felix
Avoids work, prefers to eat.
Meet my sweet, gentle tuxedo boy. Felix likes to lie on the computer keyboard or walk all over it, causing strange things to happen on the screen. If you ever find typos in my newsletters or books, it's probably Felix's contribution. He loves his food and believes that by lying on top of the desk, I will notice how cute he is and give him a treat!
