I have just read this book and have a sudden urge to do some cleaning! I have ADHD myself and can find cleaning overwhelming. I am going to put some ideas into practice right away, like using a caddy of products that is always organised and also setting a timer and racing myself. I enjoyed the layout of the book and the summaries at the end of the chapters. Recommending this for other ADHD people who need a hand to get the cleaning done. I do love a clean house, and this will help me have that more often and with less stress.
